Unlike bootcamps, packed out gyms full of equipment you don’t know how to use and large group fitness chains run by group fitness instructors, at Get Active all our trainers are qualified and registered personal trainers who understand the mechanics of your body and how best to move in order to achieve your goals. All our members are individuals and have their own story, we pride ourselves on knowing our members, understanding their journeys and delivering an individual experience in our group fitness format.

High-Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Mobility and Stretch

Mobility and Stretch classes are all about working on restricted joints, tight muscles and improving range of movement and mobility throughout the body.

Strength

Mums and bubs circuit classes are fun and dynamic. Your kids remain close by while you train and are monitored by Mick (father of 4) so you can focus on your workout.

Semi Private

Semi-Private Personal Training is a great option for you if you’re in need of a tailored approach to training and require extra nutritional education and guidance.
