Strength and Conditioning is a weight training class with the purpose to build muscle mass and assist with weight loss.

What happens in a Strength and Conditioning class?
Our S&C class features a mixture of upper-body exercise, squat and full-body strength, pull, deadlift, and full-body strength. The quick half-hour session is fast-paced and dynamic and leaves you feeling energised.
