Semi-Private Personal Training is a great option for you if you’re in need of a tailored approach to training and require extra nutritional education and guidance.
Differing from our Group Fitness Program, each session is limited to a maximum of 6 participants and allows you to build rapport with a Coach who knows and understands your goals and can guide you throughout your journey.
