Unlike our Group Classes, each 30-minute PT on Demand session is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. This means you'll have the chance to build a strong connection with a coach who truly understands your goals and will guide you every step of the way. You'll have your own personalized workout, while still benefiting from expert guidance to ensure safety and efficient results.
