Sports Strength Program
Are you an athlete looking to level up in your sport? Our Sports strength program is just what you need! We're here to help you improve your body and mind, manage and reduce injuries, boost confidence, and increase power and speed.
With our program, you'll have access to an app to track your progress. Even if you already have a gym membership elsewhere, you can still participate using the app. And don't worry about missing coach supervision sessions - our Get Active gym is open 24/7, so you can catch up or schedule your sessions around your sport or work.
Just keep in mind that there are other classes using the gym, so you'll need to plan your training outside of those times.
Join us on Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM for coach supervision and start making a bigger impact in your sport today!
