Sports Strength Program

The Sports strength program is perfect for athletes looking to make more impact in their sport. To do this you need to continually refine your body and mind.

Our focus is on helping manage and reduce all previous/present injuries, increase confidence through strength and stability and develop more power and speed in our athletes.

We use an app to track your progress and if you already have a gym membership elsewhere and you can still do the program with this app as well if you miss a coach supervision session the Get Active gym is 24/7 so you can do your catch-up session or fit your session around your sport or work. but keep in mind there are other classes that use the gym so you will have to train outside those class times.

Monday 4:30 pm to 6 pm
Tuesday 5 pm to 6 pm
Wednesday 4:30 pm to 6 pm
Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm
