I ran into my neighbor the other day. It was the first time I’d seen her in a while, and she spent five minutes breathlessly talking about “Bridgerton.”

Apparently, it’s a series on Netflix in which my neighbor said she watched all eight hour-long episodes.

TWICE.

Then she said, “Are you still working out? Gosh, I just don’t have the time…”

I’m not kidding! Almost in the same sentence!

Look, I love unwinding and unplugging as much as the next person. But come on! How you spend your time is all about your values, goals – and CHOICES. You have to prioritize yourself and decide what’s best for you in the long run.

Everything has its place. 

But not ahead of your health.
