Successful New Year resolutions don’t start in January.

They start NOW – before the excitement, stress and indulgences of the holidays take over, leaving you dizzy, distracted, and delayed in getting a critical head start on success.

Do you want to stumble into 2023 stuffed and exhausted and lethargic from weeks of feasting, shopping, stressing, and running around trying to please everyone?

Or do you want to wake up January 1 in the right frame of mind, spirit and body to start knocking it out of the park?

Here’s the same concept on a shorter timeframe. 

Think of a Monday when you woke up with a hangover. Were you in prime shape to tackle the workweek?

What about a Monday when you spent the weekend exercising, eating right, and getting enough rest? How’d it go at work then?

So, take a minute to think about all this now, even though it seems a long way off. (It’s really not.)
