Either way, it’s April and I’ve got a lot of fitness programs for you. It’s inescapable. And I’ve got a way to make it fun for ya over the 31 days of the month!

I want to give you this handy month’s worth of movement and wellbeing tips. It has three main points:

  1. Move your body.
  2. Do a little bit more each day than you did before.
  3. Be sure you’re doing something good for your wellbeing every day, even on “rest days” from working out.

Now, I know, for many people burpees ARE madness.

But trust me. Give this plan a few weeks. You’ll have a great time – and you’ll learn something about yourself along the way.
