30 minute class Tuesday – 5:30pm
Mobility and Stretch classes are all about working on restricted joints, tight muscles and improving range of movement and mobility throughout the body.
Regular stretching, posture and mobility work are great ways to optimise your training regime and improve your body awareness.
Suitable for everyone- not just those with injuries.
What happens in a Mobility class?
The half hour mobility class starts with a combination of dynamic warm-up movements. We then progress to a series of static stretches and yoga poses using foam rollers, rubber bands and trigger balls. Clients leave this class feeling revitalised.
