When you join a Group Class, you’ll be welcomed in and quickly get into the rhythm—including a warm-up, a main strength or conditioning component, and a cool-down focused on mobility. Sessions are capped to ensure great coaching attention and a positive group vibe. Over time, you’ll notice increased strength, more energy, and plenty of good laughs along the way. Every session is built to be achieved in under an hour, so you can fit it into your lifestyle.
Do I need experience to join Group Classes?
No experience is needed! Our classes are suitable for all levels, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
How long are the group sessions?
Each class runs for about 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
What if I can't do certain movements?
We offer modifications for every exercise, ensuring you get a great workout while staying safe and comfortable.
