You’ve probably been thinking about where you’d like to go on vacation soon. Maybe the beach, a theme park, or even a foreign destination, depending on what’s available when, of course.

Enjoy the daydreaming. But make sure you spend at least as much time getting fit for travel. No matter what kind of trip you have planned, you’ll enjoy it more when you’re able to carry luggage, stand in line, walk through airports, and corral the kids you might have with you.

A lot of us have let our fitness levels slip lately. It’s no secret, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. 

But it is something to change, starting now.
