Mobility & Strength Class at Get Active PT
Our Mobility & Strength class is the ideal blend of functional strength and flexibility training, designed to help you move and feel better in everyday life. We start each session with targeted exercises and specific stretches aimed at improving range of movement, especially in those problem areas like the lower back, neck, and shoulders. This opening phase is perfect for loosening tight joints and addressing those small niggles or pre-existing injuries that hold you back.
As the session progresses, we transition into strength-building exercises focusing on functional strength and controlled bodybuilding movements. The emphasis is on strengthening the posterior chain—legs, back, and chest—while also targeting smaller muscle groups to support balanced, whole-body health. This combination not only helps you build strength but also fortifies your body against future strains.
