HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. This class is suitable for any age/ability as YOU are your own intensity.

What happens in a HIIT class?
The half hour HIIT class features a mixture of strength, power, endurance and trunk stability exercises. The quick half hour session session is fast paced and dynamic and leaves you feeling energised.
